TN Ebike Return Policy

At TN Ebike, we are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes and excellent customer service. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy:

CANCELED ONLINE ORDERS

  Online orders typically are processed within 24-48 hrs. after the order has been placed. Unshipped orders cancellations are subject to the 3% administration fee. Orders canceled after the order has shipped are subject to the normal return policy.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your eBike (Dalat V1 Electric Bikes).
  • The eBike must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
  • Any returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label is not provided.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (APPLIED WHEN SHIPPED BY TN EBIKE AND USING OUR PROVIDED CARRIER ONLY)

  If you receive a damaged item, contact our Customer Service Department within 4 days of delivery at tnebike@gmail.com with supporting images and documentation. If there is significant visible damage to the shipping box or skid, please inform to the carriers right the way. Please take photos of the package and request that the carrier starts a claim with their company. At the same time, we will ship you any damage part that was damaged during the shipping process if the carrier do not compensate. Defective products are subjected to Free Return and 0% restocking fee. 

  If you believe you have a defective product that was purchased within the last 14 days, it may be eligible for a manufacturing inspection by TN Ebike. We reserve the right to determine between a defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • eBikes that have been ridden, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Accessories and parts that have been installed or used
  • Customized or special-order eBikes
  • Used Ebike Collection
  • Open Box Ebike Collection
  • Partner-ship Electric Bikes (by other brands)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned eBike, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
