Warranty Policy

1/ Our Brand Products (Dalat V1) - 1 Year warranty

All Brand New Ebikes that are sold directly by TN Ebike after 2024 are protected against manufacturing defects for one (1) year or 8000km on ODO (whichever comes first) warranty for frame, motor, display and other electrical parts and six (6) months warranty on battery beginning  on the date of purchase, . TN Ebike will cover the cost of replacement parts during the warranty period. All new bikes will come with free assemble and full check up by our E bike technician before releasing to our beloved customers. In order to receive a replacement parts under this warranty, you must:

-Contact TN Ebike support team through email tnebike@gmail.com so that our team will work with you on the problem that might potentially be a simple fix. TN Ebike might ask you to bring in your bike to TN Ebike service shop for diagnostic the defective parts.

- If the TN Ebike team determines that a Warranted Product(s) must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for having a TN Ebike Dealer fixing the issue and/or returning the defective Warranted Product(s) and receiving the replacement. TN Ebike Support team might ask for a recording proof video of the problem to apply for warranty so that we could send out the correct parts for replacement. 

- We will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Warranted Product(s) into your ebike.

- You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Warranted Product(s), unless TN Ebike agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Warranted Product(s) under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

Note: The warranty provided by TN Ebike is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty may not be assigned or transferred to any subsequent owner or user of the product. The warranty Dalat V1 2023 versions are still covered for 6 months

To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchaser of the product must present a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase. TN Ebike reserves the right to refuse warranty service to anyone who is unable to provide proof of purchase.

 

2/ Partnership products

For all products that are from other brands with which TN Ebike has a partnership or dealer agreement, a warranty will usually be offered for one (1) year warranty (for bike) and 6 months (for scooter) starting from the date of purchase. Please note that warranty policies may vary for each brand, and all warranty repairs will be handled by the respective company that TN Ebike has a partnership with. For more precise warranty policy information for each product, customers are encouraged to contact TN Ebike. TN Ebike can assist you to submit a warranty form on your behalf, however, TN EBike will not be reponsible for any warranty refused or cannot be applied by the partnership company. 

 

3/ TN Ebike Used, Refurbished, Open-box products

All used eBikes sold by TN Ebike are protected by a one-week limited warranty for customer satisfaction. This warranty only covers defective parts that affect the safety and performance of the bike. TN Ebike is not responsible for repairing any parts that are already broken or for normal wear and tear. Before being sold to our valued customers, all used eBikes go through a full tune-up process by our experienced technicians to ensure that they meet standard safety requirements.

4/ Attention:

- Please note that all claims for warranty coverage must be brought to TN Ebike Service Centre or an authorized dealer for evaluation and approval. If our technician confirms that a part is defective, TN Ebike will be responsible for repairing or replacing the defective part. The replacement part may not be identical to the original part in brand, model, color, or design, but all parts are always available for our valued customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. In the event of a shortage in parts supply, delivery of the replacement part may take a few weeks to arrive.


What is not covered under limited warranty?

- Normal wear and tear of any Covered Components including but not limited to Brakes, Chain, deraileur, shifter, tires, tube, paint, bearing,....

- Consumables or normal wear and tear parts which include, but are not limited to, brake components, suspension components, seat, rack, rims, tires, and inner tubes.

- Rust or corrosion 

- Any damage, corrosion, malfunction, or defects resulting from:

- Failure to follow instructions provided by TN Ebike via the Owner’s Manual, the TN Ebike website, emails, text or instant messaging, or verbal communication.

- Misuse, neglect, abuse, improper assembly, operator error, extreme riding, and stunt riding.

- The installation of 3rd party parts or accessories, unauthorized alterations and modifications, and unauthorized tempering and reprogramming of electrical components.

- Improper storage and maintenance.

- Natural disasters, accidents, and water damage.

- Power surges and the use of chargers not supplied by TN Ebikes.

- Cosmetic damage due to usage.

- Water damage 

- Any damage due to usage that does not affect the safe operation of the Covered Component.

- TN Ebike will not be responsible or compensate for any accident/injuries that might cause during the ride. For accident coverage, please contact your local insurance company 

 

What will void the TN Ebikes Limited Warranty?

- Commercial use: Use as part of a Rental Fleet or as a Company Vehicle for travel or courier purposes.

- The installation of any electrical components not originally supplied by TN Ebikes company

- Unauthorized tempering or reprogramming of electrical components.

- Using your own shipping/ carrier company to ship the bike and damage it during delivery period.

- Unauthorized modification, alteration, and addition to Covered Components and eBikes.
