Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $99 are subject to a $20 flat shipping fee.

Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier services.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Large items, such as eBikes, may require additional processing time.

Our delivery time varies between 1-7 business days, depending on your location. We use UPS as our trusted delivery partner to ensure your eBike arrives in excellent condition and on time.
